When can I expect to get my order?
Most small items ship in 3 to 5 business days unless noted otherwise in the product listing.
Made-to-order items take between 5-7 business days to ship (this is noted in the item listing).
Pre-order processing times will be noted in the product listing.
All items are shipped via USPS for both domestic and international orders. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 2-5 business days (about a week longer for international orders). You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.
How do I care for my products?
As a general rule, CDS A+D products are best cared for by dry cleaning or spot cleaning any marks on the fabric. All of our products have a cotton duck canvas lining that, while very durable, is also subject to shrinking when fully submerged and soaked in water. To maintain the sizing of your product, we recommend that you not machine wash it (although it will hold up to machine washes).
For our waxed canvas products, spot cleaning only is recommended. Waxed canvas is coated with--you guessed it--wax! Laundering this finish can degrade it's water and stain resistance. If your waxed canvas gets rained on or has visible water spots, simply lay a cloth over the fabric and iron it with a dry iron. This will reset the wax and fade any spots. If the waxed canvas does get a stain on it, you can rub the spot with a damp-dry cloth.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes I do! Shipping charges are a bit higher and transit times a bit longer for international customers.
What is your return policy?
If you are not happy with your purchase, we can offer a full refund (minus any shipping charges) or exchange it for another item. Email email@example.com or reply to your shipping confirmation email to get in touch within 14 days of receiving your item.
How do you make your fabrics?
Each design starts as a sketch or painting that is transformed into a repeating pattern. Casey D. Sibley fabrics are then digitally printed with water-based inks with a company in the U.S.A. We also hand-print some fabrics using block-printing or screen-printing methods.
Do you make everything in your shop? Or do you have help?
Casey D. Sibley Art + Design started as a one-woman show, but now I have help with sewing. I work with local seamstresses based in Reno and Carson City, NV. Many of the products are also still sewn by me in my Reno studio. I still design all of the fabric patterns and products myself (my favorite part!).
Do you take wholesale orders?
Yes! If you are a buyer with a retail shop interested in carrying Casey D. Sibley goods, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Approved buyers will be contacted with additional ordering information and have access to our wholesale catalog and online ordering portal.
