On July 19th, I'll be vending my wares at the Renegade Craft Fair in San Francisco! Booth #148...come check it out!
For me, Renegade is, like, the holy grail of craft fairs. When I started my business (way back when I was even afraid to call it a "business" and would constantly refer to it as "my biz"), I knew that I wanted to make it into the Renegade roster. The first time I applied? Denied. But that only made me more determined to up my game and get in the next time around. And I did! The first one was Renegade Austin, back in March. And this one coming up will be my second.
I am most excited to participate in the Wholesale Soiree. This is the first time they are doing this, but basically those who chose to will be able to set up early and meet with retailers interested in setting up a wholesale account. This is such a great idea, since reaching out to shops can feel daunting, and going to trade shows is crazy expensive. I'm hoping to make some great connections there and grow my list of retailers for the Fall season.
Until then, I will be sewing like a mad woman to get ready. If you are in town, definitely stop by Fort Mason Pavilion on the 19th or 20th and check it out. There is some amazing talent vending (every time I go to one of these fairs, I want ev.er.y.thing).
